Cats crack me up. I had to share this video of my friends' cat, "Sassy". She "lives" on their bathroom sink. Yes, it's true. She also drink there. She wouldn't get out of the way while I was trying to brush my teeth. Check this out:

Dance Your Shoes Off!

Just in time for Resurrection Day, this video gave me goosebumps! Several of my friends took part in this...I wish I could have been a part of it!

More than 2,000 people from Second Baptist Church's campuses in Houston and Katy, Texas, gathered at Discovery Green in the heart of Houston to celebrate the resurrection of Jesus. The purpose of Dance Your Shoes Off! was to proclaim the resurrection of Jesus Christ in a powerful and celebratory way. Most importantly, each participant left a new pair of shoes on the field for those in need.

Summertime -- from my Demo

This song, "Summertime" is a song I practiced with J-GQ as a captive audience when he was a baby. I was singing with a big band at the time, and needed to practice in front of someone for the best practicing affect. He was the only one home with me during the day...

I love the guitar solo on this. It was recorded in New Orleans at Word of Mouth Studio.

My God dog...

It's been such a great day already today, and I wanted to read my Bible out loud to give God thanks for how cool He is.

So, I called JoDog over so I could at least read to someone (or something) with skin on, since My Boyfriend or the J-GQ weren't home.

This is the photo I captured as she listened intently. She seemed to like what she heard.

God knew what He was doing when He made little dogs. That doggy makes me smile.
